RefundAssure provides a service that converts non-refundable or partially refundable flight tickets into fully refundable tickets for a fraction of the ticket cost. We also offer an API for integration with flight booking websites to facilitate this service.

4. User Obligations

• Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information when using our Services. Any misinformation may result in the inability to process your request.
• Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services.

5. Ticket Submission and Conversion

• Submission: Users must upload their flight ticket details to our platform to receive a quote for conversion.
• Quote: RefundAssure will provide a quote based on the ticket details. This quote is valid for a limited time as specified in the quote.
• Acceptance: Users must accept the quote and pay the specified amount to convert their ticket to a fully refundable one.
• Refund Process: If a converted ticket is to be refunded, the User must submit a refund request through our platform. RefundAssure will process the request and issue the refund according to the terms agreed upon during the conversion.

6. API Integration

• Access: Flight booking websites may integrate with RefundAssure's API to request pricing, record sales, and settle claims for refund assurances.
• Usage: API usage is subject to the terms specified in the API documentation and any additional agreements between RefundAssure and the integrating website.
• Data Security: Users of the API must ensure the security and confidentiality of any data exchanged through the API.

7. Fees and Payment

• Fees: Users will be charged a fraction of the ticket cost to convert it to a fully refundable ticket. The specific fee will be provided in the quote.
• Payment: All payments must be made through the payment methods specified on our platform. RefundAssure reserves the right to change its fees and payment methods at any time.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation: Users may cancel their request for conversion before accepting the quote and making payment. Once payment is made, the conversion is final and cannot be canceled.
• Refund: Refunds for converted tickets will be processed as per the terms agreed upon during the conversion. RefundAssure is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by airlines or other third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the RefundAssure website and associated services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of RefundAssure or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 10. Limitation of Liability
